14-Day Return Policy

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened skincare products (serums, lotions, cleansers) once seal is broken.
• Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by shipping.
• Customized or special-order items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and/or replacement.

How to Start a Return

Email ModermaAesthetics@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Supporting photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and send RMA approval and return instructions.

Shipping

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your refund is approved.
